What is the current HOSA National Service project?

The current HOSA National Service Project is "Be The Match." This initiative focuses on supporting and promoting organ and tissue donation, specifically through the Bone Marrow Registry. It aims to educate members and the public about the importance of joining the registry to help patients with blood cancers and other disorders who may need a bone marrow transplant.

"Be The Match" provides tools and resources for HOSA chapters to engage in activities such as community outreach, awareness campaigns, and fundraising efforts that directly contribute to this cause. By participating in this project, HOSA members develop leadership skills while making a tangible impact in the community, fostering a greater understanding of the life-saving potential of tissue and organ donation.
